Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Policy

If there’s an issue with your purchase, we want to make it right. Contact us if you have any problems and please leave us positive feedback if you are happy with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded under our current policy.

Refunds (if applicable)

Our refund policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The exceptions are when you purchase during the time-frame of November 25th through December 25th. During this time-frame, the return policy is extended to 30 days due to the nature of the Christmas holiday. After the 7 days or the extended 30 day period of time has elapsed, unfortunately we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase so be sure to include your order number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 to 4 business days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item.

Shipping costs, (if any), are NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective. We perform quality testing, and no product leaves our facility unless it is in perfect condition.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund within five days of receiving our email stating we have refunded your funds, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed even after we have refunded your money.

If you used a debit card, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted back to your bank account. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@latissimusdorsey.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@latissimusdorsey.com and send your item to: 1025 N. Easton Rd #1028, Willow Grove, PA  19090.
